I have created a torrent file with utorrent, the torrent is saved on my computer's hard disk, I have uploaded it to the Isohunt site and it shows in Isohunt search results. How can I tell whether ot not the files I am sharing are actually available for other people to download?

I mean, after I had created the torrent file and submitted it to Isohunt, the torrent appeared in my utorrent's "Completed" folder. I found it confusing. After all, the "Completed" folder is meant for the stuff I have completed DOWNloading. My own torrent seems to have no business being there. Why is is there? What happens if I delete it (leaving, of course, the actual torrent on the hard disk where it was)?

Anyway, is there a way of knowing if anyone has ever downloaded the files I'm sharing, or if there's something wrong and the files aren't accessible?

I've been reading posts in this forum as well as articles elsewhere on the Web and it drives me crazy. They all explain in great detail how to create a new torrent which is the simplest thing in the world, and barely mention methods of distributing one's torrents.

if it is in your completed folder and you leave it running you are seeding.
If you have only recently uploaded to IH then please wait a couple of hours for it to be properly indexed etc......
