- You can use boolean operators (-, |, OR), wildcards (*, ?), and phrase search (") in your query
- For BitTorrent: Paste in a 40 characters info_hash, to search for that particular torrent and get all trackers for it

Hi IH Community
I need your help, because I don't know what has happened but something has gone terribly wrong.
Every-time I go to D/L something my UTorrent says Error: access denied
Can someone please tell me what could have happened or why this is happening?
I haven't changed anything and it was working fine last week
Thanks

When does it happen ?
With this ?
If so the try select another site
Maybe IH has a temporary problem or torrent files does not exist.
I never had this problem but maybe your harddrive is full?
When this is not the problem can you make a screenshot ? |

sorry that took me a while to work out how to save a screen shot and upload etc
I think I have it
I click on download in IH - it goes to Utorrent and starts to download, it gets to 1% and then gives me the error message
Also the file exists because I went back to one that I have successfully d/l previously to check.
I did do your second screen shot too but had the same issue
I have just signed up to BT Guard hoping that might make a difference

it has to do where the file is being downloaded to...
check your utorrent settings and see where the file is being saved to ie destination folder, you can also change the destination folder, sometimes it fooks in the documents downloads folder...up so i just make a specific utorrent download folder on the desktop.. and that should fix it |

Reason: Solved
A small note for next time, the Request forum isn't for general help please use the appropriate forum in future. |
