Whenever I go back and watch Bleach-fights I'm always struck by the amount of plot-fluff that is interlaced between the real action. Given that I have anime-bloodlust I took it upon myself to edit out the crap, leaving only the pure unadulterated badassness. That said, this is the pure-fight between Abarai Renji and Ichigo Kurosaki. It begins in the "World of the Living" when Ichigo begins to realize the nature of his power and really lays a smackdown, and ends in the classic Soul Society Renji-fight.
I spent a good deal of time on this fixing music and sound transitions, piecing the fight all together, and getting it encoded in high quality. This is a subbed version using the [Lunar Fansubs] as the base (they truly were the best Bleach subbers, even compared to Flomp-Fansubs...), so this video is spoken in Japanese with English subs.
I will be making more pure-fights from the Bleach universe in the near future. I'm thinking of doing Ichigo vs. Grimmjow next. It'll be difficult and there are what... three separate fights they were engaged in, good times.
