pjux Status: Offline Reputation: 4	Posted: Thu Apr 02, 2009 4:09 pm Score: +1 okej so this is one way to do it; go here: http://m0001.gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_colin_mcrae_rally_2005.shtml and go all the way down to: Colin McRae Rally 2005 v1.0 [ALL] Fixed EXE (its at the bottom of the page) then download the two rars, ectract them both in the mcrae install folder on your drive (AFTER install of course). Dont install the polsih patch unless your polish... Then it says you can put whatever cd in the drive, but I have to have the mcrae img in the drive to play the game. first time after rebooting system after install you need to have a serial, but after putting the rared files in game dir then it will say "write this serial" at the screen where serial is needed, then it took kinda long time to load when it said "pls wait, the blabla is being fooled". Installed it and added the CMR5.exe and Protect.dll to the CMR2005 folder. Tried to run it and it asked for the CD. I burnt a DVD and tried it again. Its asks for the serial which it shows you SCG95-GA88M-SWJS3-DE4FU-RGX3K Press enter and it ran. I did have it crash (not the car) a couple of time and the usual send report to M$ about the CMR5.exe file which I ignored. After you do a stage and select repair car and enter it crashes again.
