i'm not gonna be able to help much with specific phone models...however, most newer cell phones that come with a usb cable, you should just be able to connect your phone to the pc and transfer them over either in windows explorer or whatever software came with your phone.
other alternative is to email the ringtone to your cell phone # but that doesnt always work depending on the length/size of ringtone and depending on your cell phone provider...you might have to check their website, but here's a few common ones:
