具体要求如下：1、片源：懂得使用winny、share等p2p软件（如不会使用，能提供相关教程）。具有外网IP，网络带宽1M以上，能及时下载到片源，能提供ftp服务器作为组内工作用途者优先。（重点招收）
2、翻译：日语水平2级以上(级别不是问题，主要是听译水平，但是最好还是2级以上日语水平)能独立完成对无字幕片源的翻译工作。
3、时间轴：能够熟练使用一种或者多种时间轴制作软件，将翻译稿制作成时间轴。
4、压制：机器配置好，能够熟练使用VD或者ND进行字幕内嵌，能用ERP、BRP、HRP等多种视频压制软件，对已经内嵌好的AVI文件或是直接压制，对时间轴，特效有所了解的优先考虑。（重点招收）
5、美工特效成员：能够熟练运用SSA，ASS特效，了解AE特效，熟练PS改图。（重点招收）
6、BT发布分流人员：带宽1M以上，有50K/S的上传速度，最好收藏字幕组作品，一周能保证每天有5小时以上的分流时间。
