I guess it depends on your point of view, the season was split into 2 halves which seems to be the standard now, so it's easy to see where the confusion comes from. IMHO it doesn't matter, they work, audio & video is 10 all round. Whether it's labelled s06e13 or s07e03 this is Joel Seabrook
