It intentionally just intertwines loads of "interpretive" crap together. I would not suggest downloading this unless you have about a pound of marijuana lying around. This is more of an art film than a movie, if that makes any sense. I like movies that can be left up to interpretation, but every scene in this pile of junk can be left up to the viewer leaving it virtually with no plot. You litterally can have everything but the names of the characters different from the person next to you by the time it finishes (assuming you could stay awake.)
