It doesn't work on x64 Vista. You can install the program, run it and get everything ready and when you're about to begin partitioning it gives error about vista being x64. God...

It works perfectly with Vista, you just have to boot with the CD to access the program outside of system.

When you select windows xp, it's automatically 32bit. and it's the same when your on xp64.
I used this successful on xp64 =) it didn't work on my dieing partition...
My drive was [d:50gb], [e:~880gb], [f:10mb(LOL)] e:drive was completely unforgivable, but ohh well.... I only wanted the f:drive; which had my passwords to my imap account and personal information. e:drive was pretty much only music and videos and iso's of games...
Oh and 1TB drives really only have 930gb >_>

ok, well i had a huge issue with this. after installing it wiped out my ability to boot my comp into vista at all. it erased my hard drive file system and set it to inactive. i have tried everything i can to get it going again using my vista system disk to repair to using diskpart to manually set it to active and it won't even detect the drive. i ran ubuntu 9.04 off the cd live and it detected the disk and all data still appears to be there?! if anyone has any suggestions i'd like to hear em because i cannot even format the disk to do a clean install.

This is very idiot and F__k sowftware don't install it. it will delete your whole partition. And if you have deleted it don't worry just download "Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery" and you can retrieve your all data in no time. If you want a partition manager than download Norton Partition Magic 8.0!

Works beautifully! I created a bootable CD to convert a logical partition to primary, thereby recovering my Windows installation. My system is working perfectly again, and it only took about 20 mintues!
