real! + i dunno why peeps don't flag housie anymore?
anyway, extract these rar files with either winzip or winrar, no password is required, extract them to your desktop and in so doing an avi file will appear there when it's done, keep the avi and delete the rar files after the extraction and yer good to go in most players...
failing that i'm sure an already extracted to avi version will be along soon, enjoy :)
