Good quality picture .Sound a little muffled perhaps but I need the English subs anyway. I have been trying to buy this no english subs out yet....Great drama well worth the download THANKS 9.5V/9A

Picture and sound are both great but the quality of the subtitles / translation is very poor. Simple short sentences are ok, but unfortunately the longer more complex ones are often incomprehensible. I'm going to have to look for another upload as they are taking away from the enjoyment of a great show. Thanks.

Thanks for the upload. Thanks to the English subtitles/translation -though faulty in spots- the story line and dialogue can be easily followed. The translation had to have been a difficult chore. I am very grateful for your hard work.

Just watched the first ten minutes and if this serves as an example of the uploaders efforts then it's perfectly acceptable.

The subtitles are rubbish and barely understandable. If you don´t understand Danish you wont understand half of what is going on. Video is fine as well as audio.

How to Fix the Sub-Titles
As already said, the sub-titles are difficult to understand. However, you can superimpose another set, set their colour to yellow and set a dark background which makes them easy to read on top of the originals.
How to do it:
Download sub-title files from here: tvsubtitles.net (search on Forbrydelsen rather than Killing otherwise you may get the American remake)
Download and install the free VLC player
In VLC select Tools / Preferences / Subtitles, then change "Text default colour" to yellow, select "Add a Background", then save.
Play the video, then turn on the sub-title by selecting Video / Sub-titles track / Open file... and select the sub-title file.
