1.) This torrent location C:\Users\your name\Desktop\City Navigator North America NT 2012.10.gmap
2.) You need to find/get "MapReverseConverterENU.exe" (i figured out it's found elsewhere not included in this download) *NOTE: if you saved it from 2010, 2011 update KEEP THIS don't delete because if you don't have it, you need to download it again.
3.) Run the MapReverserConverter selecting the first field (Folder Containing Original Map Files) this is the ".gmap" folder you downloaded from this torrent.
4.) Second field in MapReverserConverter (Target Folder for the 6.13.7 Maps) make up your own naming convention... like reasonable... C:\Garmin\City Navigator North America NT 2012.10\ *it is optional to (Install Mapsouce 6.13.7) you can use your own MapSource with newer versions
5.) Once converted, go into that folder and copy and paste over "All.bat" & "GarminUnlocker.exe" *NOTE: Yes, these 2 files are also from the older downloads. If you don't have this then you need to find it again elsewhere not from this torrent.
6.) Run "All.bat" and all maps on the target folder will be unlocked.
7.) Go to Mapsource and your map will appear in Utilities>Manage Map Products the whole North America 2012 maps will be fully functional.

DISREGARD WHAT I SAID ABOUT STEPS 5 AND 6 as the unlocking method for 2012 is different. PLEASE USE "unlock mapset.exe" that comes with this torrent! Copy and paste "unlock mapset.exe" over to the target location you selected in step 4. Addition to step 7, when you run Mapsource you will see City Navigator North America NT at the botton of the Mapsource menus. Change 2010, 2011 or whatever to 2012. Cheers
Tips: To get Mapsource to work you have to get it from Garmin but you CANNOT directly install Mapsource after you downloaded. You must have winrar to Extract the Mapsource.exe you got from Garmin website and then find the actual Mapsource installation file.
I don't recommend using the Mapsource version 6.13.7 that came with the MapReserverConverter because it does not have the same Utilities option. FYI the current Mapsource i am using is 6.15.11 Needless to say, you CAN install 6.13.7 if you want, but don't ask me i have no idea how to upload map because it's different. I have both versions. Just use 6.15.11
