This appears genuine. I have installed it, the game still runs flawlessly. No need to use different launchers/exes, the one distributed starts the game for me.
I advise nonetheless to 'install' to a different folder, and then backup the files in your installed folder. After that, copy the 1.3 folder into your Skyrim installation folder.
This way, in the case that future problems are encountered, it is quite easy to rollback to an earlier version of Skyrim.

It's not password protected and it is certainly genuine! Skyrim Script Extender and Skyrim Online seem to work great with it!
Thanks for the LEGIT upload!! This one seems to work well with the Steam overlay if you add it as a nonsteam game. (ALI's release doesn't)

Will this work with Razor 1911 release? & if so will it allow me to use mods? cause so far I havent been able to get 1 single mod to work with razor 1911 release

the latest update is update 5 reloaded it's version 1.4.21.0.4.others aren't having problems running mods with the game.the only thing i added though was the esbern fix.did you tick any box that asked and start the game.
