Downloaded cleanly. I overwrite original TESV.exe file with this one, run it and it wants to do an install but instructions are in f**kin russian or something.

Check the My Games folder under your Documents, there should be a folder named Skyrim.

Works perfectly.
You can 'install' the file anywhere. Follow 'dhbn's' instructions and select option 2 when prompted with the 3x russian options and it extracts the usual patch folder to the destination you selected. Copy and paste the contents in the usual way (merging the data folder and over writing the rest of the files).
I did notice my game go slightly buggy the first time I loaded it, but closing right out and reloading again no issues what-so-ever. Continues to be fine as well, no other side effects.
I ran straight to an old bugged quest which works perfectly now.

It downloaded and installed fine, but I'm having trouble playing Skyrim since I installed it. I can't drop anything or get rid of anything in my inventory. Does anyone have a fix or know what's causing this?
