So, after 3 days of download... It works fine, it's multilingual (not just polish). Without a key it's not possible to save progression but otherwise it's perfect! Thanks uploader

Authentic. English version the way i see. However, it says I have to log into Windows Live in order to save my settings and auto save my progress. And it requires serial number for the game in order to link the game with Windows Live.
Does anyone know how to bypass this in order to save my settings and progress?

No external links, I realize. If you want to be able to save your game progression, google the name of this torrent and the phrase xlive.dll You'll find a skidrow site that has a link to the xlive.dll file you need. Download it, place it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Capcom\Street Fighter X Tekken (obviously alter c:\ to something else if you've not installed to the default drive, and if you're on a 32-bit Windows OS, just Program Files, no (x86) ). Basically, put the xlive.dll in the folder you installed the game into. I've not yet tried online matches, but games seem to save now at least. FWIW, I had already entered my Windows Live ID before patching, so if you have issues, try removing the xlive.dll, entering your WL ID, quitting when it asks for a product key, then re-adding xlive.dll
