I've tried the first 10 mins and fuck it's gorgeous, even on my e6600 @ 3.2 8800GT 512mb it runs 1680 x 1050 with 2 x AA not tried it with higher or used fraps but in a heavy gunfight with 8+ NPC's and in town centre I noticed no visual lag. to the uppers of this and the clonedvd much props and grats View user's profile Send private message Reply with quote

Played all night last night but this morning mine downloaded a small 24kb file using an autoupdater that runs when you run the game, this file messed up the game startup and rendered it useless. Answer please. Only cause you asked me directly ;) I decided to google your error and i discovered that you are definitely having a Direct X 10 complication. I found a fix and listed it below. Do this, go to C:\WINDOWS\system32 then delete these files: d3d10.dll..... d3dx10.dll..... d3dx1033.dll..... d3dx10d.dll..... d3dx10d33.dll..... dxgi.dll..... Nucleus.dll BTW the ..... are to seperate the files so it's easier on the eyes. If your a little hesitant about deleting data files (.dll's) from your pc, just make a new folder on your desktop and move them there. I found people with your same error from 20 different games all eventually finding out that it's a DX10 error. Post back after trying my fix, and let me know if it worked. When I load the game it becomes windowed and black. I know the game's running in the background. Can even hear the menu changes if I press up or down. Can even get in to the game proper if i just keep clicking enter -from the sounds of things (some dude starts talking) but it's always black. Any ideas?
