Read the directions on how to use the gateway editor program. Once your gateway settings are configured load up Diablo 2 and clicking "Other Multiplayer" Than click "Open Battle.net". Create a new account from the "Open Battle.net" menu. Your All Done!!! NOTES: REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR GAME TO THE RECENT PATCH!!! 1.5 By the way, dont be a dumb*** like me and wait all day for that forum activation. You just create an account in-game. I was mislead on this by the website. The reason i'm helping out is because we need more of a community and with you guys on will make it a hell of alot more fun!!! fatrix12 Location: estonia Status: Offline Reputation: 1	Posted: Sat Aug 22, 2009 8:42 pm Score: 0 can any1 help with a problem?..thing is downloaded and extracted all 4 iso file(cinematics,intall,playdisc and expansion)but when i try to install it from install file it says "please insert cd labelled install disc"?..any this kind of message comes after you have installed and then try to open game but havent cracked it yet..i don't understand..even if i open setup from same install folder then it says the same thing:/...any1 know solution or whats the problem?help on this would be nice....thx View user's profile Send private message Reply with quote

Spritizzle Status: Offline Reputation: 1	Posted: Mon Aug 24, 2009 2:15 pm Score: 0 I'm also having a spot of trouble. I am using Windows Vista 64-bit and Daemon tools (Latest version). 1.) I mount the INSTALL disc image into daemon tools. Loads up fine, I get the install screen. 2.) I click install and then I click Full Install. Brings me up to the CD Key Input screen. 3.) I put in a name and I used the Diablo 2 CD Keygen. 4.) Then it starts doing it's install asking for the other CDs to be mounted. I installed it just fine. 5.) I do a test just for the heck of it, obviously its fine. 6.)Then I mount the Play disc back into Daemon Tools. 7.) I click on the Desktop Shorcut 8.) Now heres the weird part. It says "Please Insert Labeled "Play Disc". I already have it in. 9.) I then click retry a couple of times, still says it. 10.) So I unmount the image, then mount it again. Nothing happens (normally it automatically brings up the SETUP.exe, it asks me if I want to allow it or cancel it. I cancel it because I don't want to install it again..? 11.) Then I go ahead and click on the Desktop Shortcut. It brings up a window and it says "Diablo 2 is not responding..." I let it sit there for a good 10 minutes hoping that it will respond again. After that I get impatient and I click cancel. 12.) At the bottom right hand corner coming from my task bar It says " Diablo 2 has shut down" Then the stupid little window pops up again and asks " Please Insert Labeled "Play Disc" Could someone tell me what in the world is going on? For those whose worked maybe tell me exactly what they did like I did up there? My cousin had his working and his has the exact same version of vista as I do. At first I was using Magic ISO. Then my cousin told me to switch back to Daemon since I originally used DT. Now its still not working? I did try and install the Expansion pack and it still is not letting me use the gosh darn game. I also tried starting off the installation by using the Play Disc first instead of install disc just to see what happens. Nothing new happened. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Please? Install the full version of the game and update to the latest version. Blizzard included a no CD patch with v1.12. You can find more details on their website... or google. I mounted 3 discs(install-play-Xpack) and it says:"Please verify that your Diablo II Play Disc is in your CD-ROM drive, then click on Retry". I couldn't install the full version too.
