Just confirmed that this is a legit copy. Great great download, also comes with tons of extras.
One thing though. I'm running on windows vista and the only way I could play it was to change the compatibility mode to xp pack 2, which can be done by right clicking on the .exe and going to properties and changing it there.
It works great.
