Hanzel How where you? most things get watched but mostly the new stuff that everyone has to have now. anti-p2p people and anyone else can see your ip when you download something unless you are using an ip filter of some kind and nothing is 100% if they are on the same file as you basically and they use your ip to send a letter to your ISP who in turn contacts you about copyright infringement and warning to cease or whatever.they vary from multiple warnings to loss of service. oooo mmmm me thinks me might watch closely then not had anything yet thank god.
